A highly successful and completely free health check-up camp was recently organized at the Zholai Temple Devasthan in Walope, Taluka Chiplun. This impactful community initiative was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Jeevan Vikas Seva Sangh, Chiplun, the Otari Aai Charitable Foundation, and Aprant Multispecialty Hospital, Chiplun. The event witnessed an overwhelming and spontaneous response from the local rural population, with numerous villagers stepping forward to prioritize their well-being. A dedicated team of expert doctors and medical professionals from Aprant Multispecialty Hospital provided a comprehensive range of vital healthcare services at no cost. These crucial services included thorough blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar testing, electrocardiograms (ECG), and detailed eye examinations managed by specialists Prashant and Vedant Ambre. Furthermore, prescribed medicines were distributed freely to the patients in need, ensuring complete and immediate care.
Empowering Youth: Swami Vivekananda Birth Anniversary Competitions & Prize Distribution
The primary objective behind this impactful initiative was to deeply instill the visionary thoughts and ideals of Swami Vivekananda among the youth, while simultaneously nurturing their creativity, building self-confidence, and raising essential awareness about mental health. By seamlessly blending educational motivation with holistic health awareness, the Jeevan Vikas Seva Sangh and Otari Aai Charitable Foundation reinforced their ongoing commitment to society. Both organizations assured the community that they will continue to host such transformative educational, mental health, and social welfare programs in the future to empower the next generation.
Independence Day
We joyously celebrate India’s Independence Day at Jivan Vikas Seva Sangh, remembering our freedom struggle. On this day we pay tribute to the brave fighters who freed us from British rule after nearly 200 years. The Tricolor is hoisted by our President, who delivers motivational speeches, inspiring us to contribute to social development. It’s a day to reflect on sacrifices, pledging to uphold the values of freedom, unity, and the integrity of our nation.
Republic Day
On January 26th each year, we joyfully celebrate Republic Day, commemorating the enactment of our Constitution. This special day is dedicated to promoting unity, brotherhood, and harmony. We proudly raise the Tricolor flag, share sweets with local children, and involve participants in various activities. Our goal is to emphasize the Constitution’s significance, inspiring active contributions for its improvement and fostering a deeper understanding of its importance.
Ambedkar Jayanti
Every April 14th, we celebrate Ambedkar Jayanti, paying tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the creator of the Indian Constitution. On this day, we pay tribute to his legacy and commemorate his memory. We also conduct programs to educate the children of our organization about Babasaheb Ambedkar’s significant contributions to our country’s history, fostering awareness and promoting his ideals of equality and justice.
Honouring the Heroes
We host a program to honor real heroes in our society, recognizing and appreciating the contribution of sanitation workers from Municipalities and city councilors. So far, we’ve rewarded 150 workers for their outstanding efforts. It’s our way of saying thank you to those who work hard to keep our communities clean and contribute significantly to the well-being of our society.
